FOOD & NUTRITION
Dining is an integral part of the college experience, and we understand the importance of quality, fresh, and flavorful food. Our menu options are carefully crafted to satisfy all taste buds and dietary preferences.
INCLUSIVE OFFERINGS
We celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive dining experience that caters to various cultural preferences and dietary needs. We understand that food is an integral part of cultural identity, and we take pride in offering a wide range of options to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and accommodated.
INCLUSIVE DINING
Providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all diners, regardless of their cultural backgrounds or dietary preferences. We offer a diverse menu that incorporates flavors and dishes from around the world, allowing you to explore and appreciate different culinary traditions.
KOSHER
For those who follow a kosher diet, we offer a dedicated kosher dining station in select dining halls. You can enjoy a variety of kosher meals, ensuring that your dietary requirements are met with authenticity and integrity.
HALAL
Students looking for Halal-friendly options will find them woven into all of our campus dining locations, and marked with an 'H' icon to help navigate selections. We're proud that a majority of the chicken served across campus is Halal-certified and our team is always happy to hear requests for new offerings.
LENT
To support those observing, we offer dining options that align with Lenten traditions, including meat-free choices on Fridays and a variety of flavorful vegetarian and seafood dishes throughout the season. Our goal is to make it easy and welcoming for students to honor their faith while still enjoying delicious, nourishing meals with friends.
Delicious & Nutritious
MAP had this "Wellness Water" during lunch hour earlier this week that was amazing. Plain yogurt (bonus points for Greek yogurt) with the toppings available almost exclusively in MAP during breakfast hour is also a win.
Variety & Freshness
Sunday lunch at hicks. I get multiple plates of food because it's so good. The ham, French toast sticks. Sausage egg and cheese bagels, potatoes, fresh beef and asparagus/green beans.
Dietary Needs & Allergens
I appreciate the work you put in to provide options for people with my restrictions. It's not the easiest but I have been impressed with the fact that there is always something to eat even with my issues.
